Everything is bigger in Texas, and Carnival Cruise Line is no exception!
Carnival recently announced they will have four ships homeported in Galveston year-round:
- Carnival Radiance (coming May 2021)
- Carnival Freedom repositioning to Seattle on April 10, 2021 with a 17-night Transit through the Panama Canal
- Carnival Breeze (coming May 2021) – The newest and largest ship to sail out of Galveston!
- Carnival Dream
- Carnival Vista
Before arriving in Galveston, the Carnival Radiance will receive an extensive 38-day bow-to-stern $200 million renovation that will add all of your favorite food and entertainment options such as Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse, Bonsai Sushi, the first Big Chicken restaurant created by Carnival’s Chief Fun Officer, Shaquille O’Neal, newly transformed spaces including the water park, youth facilities, retail shops, Cloud 9 Spa, and so much more!
With these four ships, Carnival Cruise Line will carry approximately 900,000 guests annually from Texas, more than any other cruise line. You will now have even more destinations, amenities, and cruise durations to choose from with 235 five to 14-day sailings a year.
