Did you know Carnival Cruise Line recycles your used soap bars?

It’s true! Carnival has partnered with Clean The World, a global leader in sanitation sustainability, to recycle the nearly 40 tons of discarded soap from their ships guest and crew staterooms and recycle it into more than 400,000 new soap bars.
Nearly 2 million children a year die due to hygiene-related diseases; through its efforts, Clean the World, has contributed to a 60% reduction in the death rate of young children worldwide.
The soap recycling initiative was piloted on Carnival Victory and will be rolled out across their North American fleet by the end of July.
